Gender Differences in the Office – It’s in the Air

Friends on social media – especially friends visiting from other countries – often comment about how over air conditioned American offices are in the Summer. They joke that they bring sweaters to the office all year: in the winter to wear outside and in the summer to wear inside.

Well, this article highlights research that indicates that the temperate in the office may impact women differently than men. Considering women make up 47% of the work force, we may need to reconsider where we set the thermostat in the office.
