Ryan’s grandmother gave us some vintage CorningWare in the Cornflower Blue pattern. It hasn’t been available since the 1980s but it’s back for a limited time to help celebrate Corningware’s 60th Anniversary!
If you grew up in the 70s or 80s you likely remember the CorningWare Cornflower Blue pattern. It was a staple of many American dinner tables. One of the reasons it was so popular is, well, blue and white goes with everything! Also, CorningWare is a great product. You can take it directly from the freezer or fridge to the over or microwave and vice versa. With the glass lids it can be an easy storage container that it perfect for leftovers.
I love having the pieces that Ryan’s grandmother shared with us. They’ll a treasure and remind me of great meals with family gathered around the table.
If you’d like to create your own memories or if your family’s CorningWare has been lost to time, you can get your very own collection of Cornflower Blue for a limited time. It would make a great gift for someone who loves to cook or is learning to love to cook!
