Protein bars are super convenient and a good way to ensure that you’re getting the right amount of protein in your diet. While whole food sources of protein (eggs, chicken, meant, beans, milk, etc.) are the best way to go for getting your protein (cottage cheese y’all – low fat and high protein!!) a protein bar can be an on-the-go supplement. Well, Oh Yeah! One Bars are great. They come in a variety of yummy flavors like birthday cake, cinnamon roll, and blueberry cobbler. My favorites by far are cinnamon roll and blueberry cobbler. In fact the Vitamin Shoppe near me has a hard time keeping blueberry cobbler in stock, so I order it online now.
