Recipe for one (large!) serving:
- 10 grapes
- half of Granny Smith apple
- half of a lemon
- 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds (good fats!)
- a large handful of washed spinach or baby spinach
- half of a cucumber
- 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
- Ice – your preference on the amount. Start with about a cup and then add more to your liking.
Blend in a blender until smooth and immediately enjoy!
